1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StepRank ("the Service"), a product of Riso Development, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StepRank is a gamified corporate wellness platform that enables companies to run step-based challenges, leaderboards, and team competitions for their employees. The Service includes a mobile application, web dashboard, and related features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts or share account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Falsify step data or manipulate activity tracking in any way.
• Use automated tools, bots, or devices to artificially inflate step counts.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users through the platform.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

5. Health Data & Disclaimers

StepRank syncs step and activity data from third-party health platforms (Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit) with your permission. StepRank is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The Service is intended for wellness and entertainment purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new physical activity program.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Riso Development and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StepRank and Riso Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
